Gah I suck!
Hey everyone I know that I havent wrote a new post in awhile now! I apologize I’ve just been uber busy with school they always swamp you right before spring break! I despize them for this and I’ve recently began to hate school, I really wish I was done but to my demise I am not! Shew!
Speaking of spring break! Only 8 days until I get to see my honey again! I’m so ecstatic its not even funny! I’m also excited because my parents who are highly over protective have finally realized that I am 21 years old and they need to let me go and grow up! I am getting married next year after all and so yeah they arent happy that I’ll be going all that way by myself but there isnt much they can do about it and I appreciate all the girls that gave me such great advice!
I think with this trip alone I will have LOTS of time to think about things and just relax which I havent had a chance to do in about 2 months! So it will be nice! I hope to bring back lots of pictures from my trip and I’m also on the hunt for a cute bikini I havent bought a new one in like 3 years so I think it’s time for a new one thank goodness for the VS mix and matches! I saw one on Le Petit Chic’s blog that is REALLY cute I wonder if she’d let me steal the idea!? The bandue top will be good for my small boobies! LOL! I hope to come back and say I’m engaged I’m engaged I’m engaged in true Monica Gellar fashion!
I will most likely post a few more times before I leave so this will not be my last post before SB 08′! I have been keeping up with you girls blogs so dont worry I havent forgotten about you all!
Change of heart
Well as I mentioned in my previous post I got my rings that I wanted (the square one) but what I did not anticipate was a sizing problem! Where I had ordered them off the internet without actually being able to see them in person I had no clue the diamonds wrapped all the way around the bands so there is no way I can resize them without damaging the ring and all the tiny diamonds falling out. So……
I got a new ring! I really wish I’d seen this one before! It’s gorgeous and I got a better deal on it than the first set! I’m so in love with it I swear I think it’s 10000xxxx better than the first set and I cannot wait to wear them! J doesnt know that I already picked out and ordered another ring but he wont care as long as I get a full refund for the other set! The new ring should be here next week sometime I hope! I cant wait! I’ve been a giddy little girl all day and cant stop staring at it’s picture! EEP!

I’m baaaacckkk!
Well after a long hiatus, I am back! J. has left again and I’m getting back into the swing of things without him again and just counting down the days until I can go down there for spring break! Only 18 days!
I had a wonderful time in Alabama and people I tell ya the weather is wonderful down there! I was walking around in spring dresses and flip flops in February! I came back to tornados 70mph winds and our house almost blowing away! Talk about wanting to turn around and go back to Alabama! Where today for example it is 70 degrees and sunny as it has been for the past 2 days other than their horrible storms that hit on Sunday! Luckily the honey’s house is still standing so he had a place to call home when he got back!
He’s currently just sittin around waiting to go to his next school and we’re crossing our fingers that everything goes smoothly and he can make it back by May of 2009! So everyone pray for that!
In other news I hope everyone had a great Valentine’s day and everyone’s respective signifcant other’s treated them wonderfully! I definately got top notch treatment! I had school that day so he took me out to eat at our favorite chinese resturant and bought me the ring set I wanted! (you can see the sets in a previous post, I decided on the square one) The catch is that I will never know when he’s going to propose! He kids me saying it’s going to be years, but it wont he’s not that mean! Or is he……..nah! But the rings should be here by the end of the week and I”m going to take them to get them sized & give the engagement ring to him while I’m down there spring break, and leave my wedding band at home for safe keeping! I’ll be sure to take a picture of the set when they arrive! EEP I’m so excited!
We had a great two weeks together and it was time well spent! But as the story goes the time flew by way too fast and I blinked and was saying goodbye to him again! As much as it pains me to do so, I was optimistic that we would see eachother again soon and this will all be over in time! Afterall, nothing lasts forever right?
For valentine’s day I made a delicious dinner! It was lemon chicken with brocolli on rice! It was great! I was very proud of myself! This gives me hope that I can cook more things within the coming months to sharpen my cooking skills!
&& If you havent looked already go check out my project 365 I need to put day’s 12-19 on there and I’ll do that tonight when I get home!
I’ll also post some pictures of the ceremonies tonight!
It is almost time
Well I’m happy to say that I will be leaving tomorrow morning at 5am to head to Alabama with J.’s mom! It is going to be a long drive (10 hours) but it will be worth it to get to see the love of my life after 6 long weeks!
As you could have guessed I will not be writing much until probably the 17th because he gets to stay home that long. So I’ll be spending all the time I can with him! So sorry for the lack of readage but I’m sure that you guys understand! But I will come back with lots of pictures from the ceremonies and our couple of weeks together and for my project 365 which if you havent checked it out you definately should!
I thought I might post a couple of pictures of each dress I’ll be wearing for the festivities in the coming week!
The blue one I’ll be wearing for the reception the night before the graduation and the black one for the actual graduation! I’m so excited!
I’ll try and keep up with the reading and commenting of everyone’s blogs!
Everyone wish me luck that when I return to the blogosphere that I’ll have news to tell you all that I’m engaged!
Anyone want in on a little secret?
Sure ya do! Ok well as most of you know me & J have been seriously discussing marriage lately. I’ve decided that I just cant imagine my life without him and never want to know what it is like without him ever again! We’ve decided that we MIGHT get engaged while he is home in Feb. So I’ve been doing a little shopping. I dont want my ring to cost alot so I’ve done my research and I’ve found two great ring sets that I want and would be totally happy with either one! Great thing about them is the entire set costs no more than $550! J. doesnt know that I’ve done my shopping but I plan to leave little clues around when he gets home! I think he would be very proud of me for finding such great deals!

Arent they just the most beautiful things you’ve ever seen! I can truely say that diamonds are my best friend! I really hope he’ll buy one of these for me! The reasoning behind not wanting my ring to cost thousands may be beyond some of you but most of J’s money that we are saving up is going toward our house when he gets back so hey $1000 is extra square feet! LOL I really do want a laundry room!
